The location near the main rail station is the plus point.Also quite reasonably priced for the location. The breakfast was adequate - breakfast room was cute!
Noisy in the mornings. Need to bring ear plugs if a light sleeper. Also room had no air conditioning, so be warned!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and what I liked very much about this hotel was first the location, second the English fluent and very helpful staff and third the cleanness of my room. My room was towards the street, but very quiet! In total, I recommend this hotel to you if you want to stay at Munich for a short time, visit the city or having a business, or visiting the palace, for a solo or couple trip (not family one probably).
Although the restaurant of the hotel was decorated in very nice Bavarian style, I guess they can work on their breakfast menu a little bit, it's a little bit poor, nevertheless for me it was totally enough.
